The Fairways Apartment - Rotherham

Exceeded all expectations, totally recommend. From start to finish - a such great experience for a wedding. Excellent central location, a lot of space. Nice surrounding, really close to Durham, Sunderland, Newcastle, the North East and local amenities.

Contemporary room with great views and facilities to chill. The venue has great and brilliant setting to all those wonderful eating options.

Been there for short stay, had a very relaxing time for a wedding. Staff was helpful and amiable and provided us with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven. This apartment met every demand; will definitely go again next time.

Had a great stay for a short visit to Beamish. Appreciated its marvellous location to the hills beyond. We didn't want to leave, can't recommend highly enough.

Stayed here with my parent, everything was great. Staff was amiable, and I really enjoyed the owner. The room was amazingly comfortable with large windows, a communal garden, for instance.

Overall, it's excellent place for exploring Stanley tourist places. Staff is amicable and helpful. The apartment is in an ideal location in Stanley right by Newcastle and Durham, the fabulous Beamish Museum and Durham and Newcastle as well as the surrounding areas and the fabulous Beamish Museum.

Everything was excellent here, loved it. Its 2 bedrooms were comfortable.

Staff were amicable and provided lots of recommendations. Got cosy room protected with smoke detectors etc. It had a private bathroom.

fairways was a lovely apartment with a great view and patio area. owner went above and beyond and we would definitely return.

Parking was tight.

Location is brilliant and handy - within walking distance to Church of st Paul.

We stayed at The Fairways in Stanley for a weekend getaway. The apartment exceeded our expectations, with a clean and comfortable space. Andy, the host, was incredibly helpful and provided us with local taxi numbers and recommendations for things to do in the area. The key safe system was convenient and Andy kept in touch to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The well-equipped kitchen had tea, coffee, milk, and even sugar for us. We were impressed with all the personal touches that made it feel like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

It has comfy rooms and magnificent location near tourist attractions such as beamish, which is a 5 minute drive away and all those wonderful eating options. Has very clean bed, slept well.
